New Car Billing Clerk

As Billing Clerk at Toyota of Puyallup, you may perform any combination of the following and similar administrative and accounting duties:

Processing Car Deals and all bank paperwork, Processing and Remittance of all Service Warranty & APPI Products, Processing trade paperwork, familiarity with Secure Access, Balancing debits and credits on car deals, Audit deals for accuracy, Ensuring all data entered into accounting system (CDK) is correct, Maintaining a log of missing documents requiring correction on all car deals, Communicate with Sales Managers, Sales consultants, and Finance department on a daily basis, Verify vehicle sales information in CDK (-FI application) with all documents sent from Finance.

The successful candidate will be accurate and methodical in handling and processing paperwork, maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality and have a working knowledge of PC operations and applications.

Requirements:

  • A strong team player with a positive attitude.
  • Three years of relevant job experience in both and a full understanding of debits, credits, auditing, and data entry.
  • Auto dealership experience is preferred. Excellent math skills, including basic computations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and the ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. 
  • Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Organized and great at multi-tasking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.

Parts Counterperson

We are looking for an experienced parts department retail, internet, or wholesale counterperson.  This is a rare opening for our dealership and a great opportunity for someone with experience to join an established, family owned, company!  If you are stuck at your current parts job, this might be the perfect fit to start a new career.

Parts Driver

We are looking to immediately fill positions in Parts Delivery and Warehouse Maintenance. Duties will include automotive parts delivery and receiving, utilizing dealership equipment and vehicles.  Deliveries and pickup locations spanning Pierce, King and Kitsap Counties.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in beginning a career in the automotive parts and service industry. It can be a stepping stone to work in the Parts Department or Service Department. TXM (Toyota Express Maintenance) Technician

We’re currently looking for experienced individuals to join our Toyota Express Maintenance team. Duties will include changing oil, rotating tires, performing multi-point inspections, basic maintenance, and more on world-class Toyota vehicles. The position is full time and includes Saturdays.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to begin a career as a certified Master Technician. If you are currently employed at a quick lube or independent repair facility and have always wanted to get your foot in the door at a dealership, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for! Our philosophy is and has always been, to promote from within. We groom our entry-level technicians to be the Master flat rate techs of the future through additional schools and training. If you have the desire and motivation, we can provide the path for you.

All basic tools will be provided. In addition, we have state-of-the-art tool boxes and equipment that you will have access to. We offer an excellent medical and dental package, paid vacation and holidays, and a 401(k) to applicable applicants. After 60 days of full-time employment you will be eligible for incentives/spiffs, and after 90 days there will be an increase in base wage if performance warrants it.

Duties will include greeting and assisting customers, transporting and parking vehicles in our service lot, running vehicles through our automatic car wash, and more.
