Shuttle Service - Toyota of Puyallup is happy to offer shuttle service when your vehicle is not available. Service is available to the greater Puyallup, Sumner and Milton areas. Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00 pm. Reservations are recommended.
Loaner Service - We offer courtesy loaner vehicles if your vehicle must be kept overnight for warranty-covered repairs for any of the following reasons: Warranty repairs will take longer than one day to complete, the warrantable condition requires extensive diagnosis, or the parts needed for the warranty repairs are not readily available and your vehicle is inoperative or unsafe to drive.
Early Bird Service - For your convenience, you may drop off your vehicle for service before or after hours. Just fill out the Early Bird envelope located on the right side of the two large service entrance doors, put your keys in the envelope and place it through the mail slot inside the Early Bird box. We'll perform the necessary repairs and call you when we are finished!
CarCareONE - is a credit card and a line of credit just for your car. It lets you keep your car running safely and smoothly without tying up other credit cards because it can be used to charge service, parts, tires and accessories. Key features of the card include Special Financing and Emergency Roadside Assistance for 1 year that starts from the date the account is opened...something you don't get with other major credit cards.
